In this course we will use a number of NURBS techniques  to build a skateboard in 3ds Max. NURBS geometry provides several  advantages over some of the other types of building methods available,  but the process for creating NURBS geometry is somewhat different from  building polygon or sub-d models.   In this course we'll explore hard surface modeling by using a variety of  NURBS and spline tools and techniques in 3ds Max to build a skateboard.  We'll go over tools like fillets, making NURBS primitives, and using  splines. Upon completion, you'll have a taste of the NURBS building  process in 3ds Max and be able use these tools in your own projects.
