Start with an introduction to the unique characteristics and expressive possibilities of pixel art. Through simple projects using Pixaki, also known as “dot painting,” you’ll develop foundational skills. Though it might look simple, mastering pixel art takes practice!

Color Selection & Atmosphere Creation:

The atmosphere of pixel art depends heavily on color choices. You’ll learn how to convey emotions, seasons, and times of day through color selection. Topics include:

Animating with Pixaki:
