Formal Complaint Regarding H4 Group’s Violations and Risk Advisory

Dear Recipient,

I am writing to formally report serious violations committed by H4 Group (Legal Representative: Guy Clifford Middleton, Registered Address: 1 Westmoreland Terrace, London SW1V 4AG, Website: https://www.h4group.com/).

As a former employee, I provide verifiable evidence (see attached: project documents, employment contracts, and copies of company executive identification).

After thorough investigation, H4 Group has engaged in the following illegal activities:

Illegal Termination & Labor Rights Violations – Failed to legally compensate employees with severance pay (totaling approximately 140 months of wages). This case is currently under court review (case reference available upon request).

Tax Evasion – Engaged in systematic tax avoidance.

Intellectual Property Infringement – Long-term unauthorized use of enterprise-level pirated software (I will submit a complete evidence chain to the respective software vendors).

Risk Advisory & Recommendations:

Given H4 Group’s violations may expose partners to legal liabilities and reputational damage, we strongly advise your company to:

Immediately terminate all business relations with H4 Group.

Remove all promotional materials (website, print media, etc.) associated with H4 Group.

Demand H4 Group cease unauthorized use of your branding (logos, marketing materials, etc.).
