This course covers Python workflows from computer architecture basics to advanced topics.

It includes data structure understanding, algorithm implementation, Houdini Python API, CI/CD workflows, system design, pipeline creation, team collaboration, mini projects (HDA, publisher node, asset ingestion pipeline), GIT, cloud services, encapsulation, security, configuration files, generators, asynchronous programming, threading, multiprocessing, USD, command line utilities, geometry workflows, and an intro to data science.

It’s definitely not for beginner artist level. The course is designed for technical artists who are aiming to becoming TD or improving their skills in that field and you are expected to have technical vfx foundation and ( preferably  but not necessarily )studio environment experience, plus  some intermediate level of coding. However, it definitely can help artists to learn some advanced workflows to problem solving and automation. As an example -  for anyone in layout, lighting and rendering or moving to usd, it can be very beneficial.
