Solaris简介,场景概览及常用设置 - 主要内置(SideFX)设置、自定义设置;纹理工作流程 - ACES、RAT;使用一些灯光和旋转台搭建简单的着色和视觉开发工作流程
第二周 | 单个素材
设置交通信号灯/路灯、标志牌、立交桥、车辆的照明系统
第三周 | 复杂素材
设置街道和停车场的照明
第四周 |程序化资产
构建部件准备、构建程序化设置、构建着色、构建照明、实例基本变量变体。
第五周 | 主角资产
Bracer(机器人)/ Queen of spikes(生物)资产准备、外观开发和高效动画工作流程
第六周 | 环境
图层工作流程、场景清单、布局(逐步添加静态资产)、动画(细节)、场景布置(包括标牌)
第七周 | 特效准备
设置环境大气、海洋和车辆的特效
第八周 | 灯光镜头
基本光源/遮挡物、雾效设置、用于优化的灯光链接器、用于优化的 RGS、用于合并光源的“LPE Rename”HDA
第九周 |渲染
渲染变量、渲染产品及渲染变量组合、“按 LPE 发射拆分”HDA 用于导出按 LPE 发射、准备美化、准备实用工具、渲染设置(包括深度、降噪限制等)
第十周 | 合成

This course is an advanced, production-oriented lighting and look-development program inside Solaris/Karma, built around taking a full CG shot from assets → layout → FX → lighting → rendering → compositing.
Unlike a general Houdini course, this one focuses specifically on lighting, lookdev, scene assembly, and rendering workflows using the latest industry standards (Solaris/LOPs, Karma CPU, ACES, USD).

Intro To Solaris, scene overview and setups used - main built-in (SideFX) setups, custom setups; Textures workflow - ACES, rat,; Setup a simple shading and lookdev workflow with some lights, turntable
WEEK 2 | SINGLE ASSET
Setting The lighting systems for the traffic Lights / street lights, signboards, overpass, vehicles
WEEK 3 | COMPLEX ASSET
Setting up the Street and Parking Lighting the street and parking
WEEK 4 | PROCEDURAL ASSET
Building parts preparing, Building procedural setup, Building shading, Building lighting, Instances primvar variations.
WEEK 5 | HERO ASSET
Bracer (Robot)/ Queen of spikes (Creature) asset preparation, Lookdev and efficient Animation workflow
WEEK 6 | ENVIRONMENT
Layers workflow, Set Manifest, Layout (step by step adding static assets), Animation (detailed), Setdress (incl. signboards)
WEEK 7 | FX PREP
Setting FX for environment atmospheric, ocean and cars
WEEK 8 | LIGHTING SHOT
Basic light sources / blockers, Fog setup, Light linkers for optimization, RGS for optimization, “LPE Rename” HDA for combining light sources
WEEK 9 | RENDERING
Render vars, Render products and combining render vars, “Split Per LPE Emission” HDA for exporting Per LPE Emission, Preparing Beauty, Preparing Utility, Render settings (incl. deeps, denoise limits etc)
WEEK 10 | COMPOSITNG
