我一直很喜欢交叉溶解转场，但同时也总觉得它很乏味。后来我发现了拉普拉斯金字塔混合技术，认为它应该被做成一个插件！
这远不是我制作的最花哨或最引人注目的效果，但它确实是我最喜欢的之一。现在没有理由再用旧方式混合两张图像了。

工作原理是什么？
通过混合频率来模拟双重曝光。
Amalgam 将两个源图像分别分解为一组频带（拉普拉斯金字塔），然后从结果中重建单一帧。
宽泛的色调平滑地交叉淡入淡出，没有可见的接缝；精细的细节则逐条频带合并，因此能保持清晰锐利，而不是平均化为模糊一片。

I've always loved cross‑dissolve transitions, but at the same time always found them boring. Then I discovered the Laplacian Pyramid Blend technique and thought it needed to be a plugin!
This is far from being the most flashy or recognizable effect I've made, but it's truly one of my favorites. There's no excuse to mix two images the old way now.

How it Works?
Simulating double‑exposure by blending frequencies.
Amalgam separates both source images into a stack of frequency bands (a Laplacian pyramid) to rebuild a single frame from the result.
Broad tones cross‑fade smoothly with no visible seam; fine detail is merged band by band, so it stays sharp instead of averaging into mush.
